A pre purchase house survey report which we prepare will typically be from
30-50 pages in length (size of report is relative to size and complexity of
property and the amount of issues found) and include photographs to
emphasise key points or issues of interest or concern. We also include all
the photographs taken on the day of inspection in a separate file as a visual
record of the survey.
